Our BBQ is served Carolina
style and our ribs reflect a Memphis type base. Our
pork shoulders and ribs are marinated in their own rubs
before being placed on the smoker. Our meats are then cooked long
and slow to guarantee tenderness. Our BBQ and ribs are
complimented with a side finishing sauce allowing you to pick
the type that best suites your preference. We serve three finishing
sauces, a Carolina style (Lexington style) vinegar base sauce, a
South Carolina mustard base sauce, and a Kansas City style tomato
based sauce. Our chicken is smoked and mopped with the Tomato
Base sauce.
